When your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you have a registered account, you can track your order online by signing in to your account and clicking on the “Orders” tab. Please note, your order status may take up to one hour to update after it has been placed.

Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Delivery Times
- Estimated shipping times and costs are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
- Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is placed unless specified otherwise.
- Some shipping destinations may require confirmation of shipping fees via email after the order is placed.

- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Changes to the shipping address are not permitted once the order is shipped.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Return Policy

1. Return Process
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all labels intact and ship it within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
- Include the tracking number when you ship the item.
For US Customers: You will receive the return address in the confirmation email.
For International Customers:
- Returns are only accepted from the UK and Australia due to customs regulations.
- Contact customer service to receive a prepaid shipping label and an estimate of return shipping fees.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected.
- Shipping fees and a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and currency. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount.
